The Downtown Partners of Sioux City are looking for artists to spruce up vacant windows on Historic 4th Street. Still in the planning stages, artwork is needed to be installed in the storefront windows or painted/attached directly to the windows. Since these are vacant buildings, no electricity or climate control will be available (nor insurance), traditionally framed pieces are discouraged. There is a budget for this venture to help cover the cost of artist’s materials.
